History : As its name suggests, it has been seducing the customers of Château de Gaudou for more than a hundred years thanks to its sweet honey aroma which makes it rare, delicate and... charming.

Grape variety: 100% Semillon
Vinification: hand-picking, green harvest, noble rot (depending on the year).
Environment: Sustainable winegrowing.
Tasting : Flamboyant straw colour that illuminates the glass with its sparkling reflections. The complex bouquet opens with caramel, pineapple and floral aromas, surrounded by honey.
From the attack, a combination of aromas spreads to the palate: pineapple, peach syrup and apricot. Pleasant finish on a delicious note of honey.
Best consumed within 1 to 2 years.
