History : This wine was created in 1988 of the selection of the vineyards.

Sol : gravel and clay

Middle age of the vineyards : 33 and more.

Varieties : 85 % Malbec, 15 % Merlot

Wine making : sulphur-free fermentation,  "vegan" gluing.

Oak barrel : 14 months

Environment: Sustainable winegrowing.

Tasting : Still youthful dark garnet. Subtle nose of black fruits, fine spices, vanilla and straw. Lively, dense, firm palate with clearly etched aromas that are still backward. Elegant and true to tradition yet made to modern standards. Sterling work (Guide Gilbert & Gaillard).

Best tasting : 3 at 8 years
Drink at : 16 at 18 ° C
